Locate your duct in order to properly clean your dryer s ventilation system you have to first know where it is and where it ends.
Clean dryer exhaust duct.
Once the dryer s in place head outside to clean the exterior vent.
It will make cleaning it easier.
Remove lint from the duct by hand and then vacuum the inside of the duct.
Move it carefully spinning while you push it in.
The first thing you have to do is locate where the duct begins and ends.
Pull it out and remove the lint from the brush.

When the vent looks clear go back.
Use the large dryer vent duct brush to clean out the duct.
Go outside the house and remove the exterior vent cover.
If you find much lint on it repeat the step again.
Use hose extensions if available to vacuum out as much of the duct as you can.
