Corrugated awnings are in high demand because of their low maintenance clean modern architectural design and economical cost. Tuftex seacoaster 2 2 ft x 8 ft corrugated clear pvc plastic roof panel. The corrugated metal pieces are about 18 inches wide and interlock. Item 749971 model 1214a.

I built the awnings with 2 3 boards and a sheet of corrugated metal. We utilize a welded structural aluminum frame and cover our awnings with a high quality corrugated panel. The side pieces are 19 long with a 45 degree decorative cut at one end. There are no problems with the material warping bowing or stretching.

I started by cutting my long back piece that will attach to the wall over the window and the two side pieces. Lay out the pre cut corrugated metal awning pieces across from the post header to the wall ledger. They are a great way to protect your car without spending a lot of money on a garage. The long piece needs to be about 6 wider than your window.

Lay them all the way across the width of the awning. Attach each one at both ends with 5 8 inch screws. Diy corrugated metal awning.
