As above says it cannot be locked unless the handle is up which locks the door anyway so it kinda defeats the object. Connecting to smartthings with z wave module 2 and operating the lock using an apple watch. I nipped off and got a z wave module i put it in and smartthings picks it up as a z wave lock at the moment but you can unlock it and lock it from st ive set a unlock schedule when x arrives unlock and it works every time.
